Once the order has been submitted and the deposit paid, a site survey will be carried out by an engineer if possible. Once we are satisfied that no one else will be using the frequecy allocated to you for your event or business operation etc, we will proceed with the order. If the survey discovers duplicate usage, we will reprogram a different frequency for you to use.
You hire radios will arrive by courier in a sturdy heavy duty case and secured with plastic ties. Inside you will find your radios, charging unit, spare batteries and documentation.
Once you have off hired your radios, you will need to re-pack the equipment in the plastice case and secure with the supplied plastic ties. We will arrange for courier collection once we are notified that they are ready for collection.
When the equipment arrives back with us, it will be checked and if no damage or losses are found, your deposit will be returned.
